Welcome to InterviewChips ("we," "our," or "us"). InterviewChips is an interview-preparation platform that provides interview questions, curated discussions, optional solutions, references, and evidence-based testimonials across multiple roles and career paths, including but not limited to engineering, HR, product, design, finance, and management. By accessing or using our website, applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Nature of the Service

InterviewChips provides:

  • Interview questions for different roles, industries, and career levels
  • Curated discussions for each question, limited to: A maximum of five (5) user discussions per question, Each discussion limited to 500 words
  • Solutions, where provided, are optional and not guaranteed
  • References via external links
  • Testimonials that are published only when supporting evidence is provided

All content is intended for educational and discussion purposes only. InterviewChips does not guarantee job offers, interview success, or hiring outcomes.

3. Account Registration and Authentication

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using third-party authentication providers such as Google or GitHub. By using these login methods, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are fully accountable for all activities that occur under your account
  • InterviewChips is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payments, Locked Content, and Refunds

Some questions, discussions, or features may be locked and require payment to access.

4.1 Payments
  • Payments may be made in United States Dollars (USD) or Nigerian Naira (NGN)
  • Prices and access rules are displayed before purchase
4.2 Refund Policy
  • Payments are not automatically refundable
  • Refund requests are reviewed manually and granted solely at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund request without obligation to provide a reason
  • Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund
5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use InterviewChips lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
  • Post content that is defamatory, abusive, misleading, or harmful
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account or credentials
  • Attempt to bypass paywalls, access restrictions, or security mechanisms
  • Use indirect, deceptive, or manipulative actions that may expose InterviewChips or other users to legal risk
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate data extraction from the platform

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content on InterviewChips, including but not limited to:

  • Questions
  • Curated discussions
  • Optional solutions
  • Platform structure and presentation
  • Points, scoring, and reputation mechanisms

is owned by InterviewChips or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated. Interview questions and discussions are compiled from: Publicly available information, Community-contributed experiences, and Original editorial work. They do not represent official or confidential interview materials of any company. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from InterviewChips without prior written consent.

7. References, Testimonials, and Points System
  • External references are provided via links for informational purposes only
  • Testimonials are published only when supporting evidence is submitted and verified
  • Points or reputation earned on the platform do not represent monetary value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash
  • We reserve the right to remove or modify references, testimonials, or points at any time
8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have:

  • Violated these Terms
  • Misused the Services
  • Engaged in behavior harmful to other users or the platform
  • Exposed InterviewChips to legal, security, or reputational risk

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

InterviewChips does not guarantee that discussions or solutions are correct, complete, or suitable for your specific interview context.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERVIEWCHIPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
